Founder / Daycare Manager / Vocational Trainer FaBe
Since I completed my training as a Child Care Specialist in 2015 it has been my dream to offer children a safe and loving place where they can develop. In 2019 I furthered my studies by training as a vocational trainer which deepened my professional competence even further. In recent years I have been able to gain valuable experience in various daycare centres and work as a nanny for private families. In October 2023 I became a mother myself and experienced the great joy of holding my own child in my arms. This experience has further strengthened my passion for childcare. With the opening of Kita Panda I am now fulfilling a long-held wish. My greatest priority is for every child to feel comfortable and safe with us. It is very important to me to support each child individually and respond to their interests. I am of the oppinion that a strong and harmonious team is the key to success. Every team member plays an important role and the cooperation between the employees, the daycare management and the parents forms the foundation of our work. I look forward to working with my dedicated team to create a wonderful environment for the children in which they can grow and develop.

Group Leader / Vocational Trainer FaBe
In 2009, I completed my training as a Childcare Specialist and have since gained valuable experience as an educator and group leader in mixed-age groups. This time has strengthened my passion for guiding children on their life journey. Although I briefly worked in the commercial sector, I quickly realized that my heart lies in childcare. As a mother of two children, born in 2015 and 2017, this desire only grew stronger. Since 2021, I have been working once again with great joy as a childcare professional, most recently in an infant group. I am very excited to gain new experiences at Panda daycare and to lovingly and creatively shape the children's daily lives. A respectful approach and harmonious teamwork are essential to me.
Aurora Hotti

I have always enjoyed working with people of all ages, especially children. In 2024, I completed my Master’s degree in Communication Science and began working as a Corporate Affairs Specialist in a company environment. During this time, I particularly enjoyed mentoring visiting children and contributing to creating engaging, meaningful, and memorable experiences for them. After a little over a year, I realized that I wanted to work in an environment where children and their personal growth are at the heart of my daily work. Supporting young minds in their development and being part of their learning journey is truly fulfilling to me. In addition to my professional background, I am a qualified dance teacher. I am passionate about helping others discover joy in music and movement, and about fostering creativity and self-expression. Whether through music, storytelling, drawing, or other creative activities, encouraging children to develop their autonomy and individuality is especially important to me. At Kita Panda, one of my favorite moments is reading stories to the children and listening to the imaginative and unique versions they create themselves.
Harun Lone
Founder / BSc Business Administration
I am responsible for the administration and finances of Kita Panda. My goal is to constantly question the status quo and find innovative solutions that benefit our children, parents and our team. One example of this is our extensive expansion of our facilities, which is optimally adapted to the needs of the children. I attach great importance to ensuring that every environment is carefully designed to promote the development and well-being of the children in the best possible way. Another aspect of our philosophy is the flexible application of different educational concepts. I believe that every child is unique and requires individual approaches. Therefore, we use the most appropriate approach from all educational concepts in order to respond to the different needs and abilities of the children. I am happy to be able to offer the children a second home where they can feel comfortable and have fun.

Since completing my apprenticeship as a childcare specialist in 2017, it has been my passion to support children in their development and provide them with a safe and loving environment. Over the past years, I have gained valuable experience in various daycare centers as well as with private families, which has continuously expanded my professional skills.Working with children is deeply fulfilling for me, as each child is unique and deserves individual guidance. It is especially important to me to respond to the needs and interests of each child and to build a trusting relationship. As a mother, I have also learned how essential security, patience, and open communication with parents are. For me, good collaboration within the team and with families is the foundation of successful childcare. I look forward to contributing my experience, dedication, and passion to my work and to creating, together with the team, an environment in which children feel comfortable, grow, and thrive.
